Purchase Terms and Conditions

In compliance with the duty of information established in Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the following information is provided:
dreamfulfilled.eu is a domain owned by Inmaculada Blasco (hereinafter “the Company”), with its legal address for these purposes in Andilla (Valencia). The website’s contact email is admin@dreamfulfilled.eu.

These general purchase conditions unconditionally govern the sale of products carried out by the Company through the website dreamfulfilled.eu.

They establish the conditions for placing orders, making payments, and delivering the requested products, as well as handling any potential inquiries regarding them.

Placing a purchase order by the CUSTOMER on the website dreamfulfilled.eu implies that the CUSTOMER has read and fully accepts these purchase terms and our Terms and Conditions of Use.

By using this website and placing orders through it, you agree to:

  • Use it solely to make legally valid inquiries or orders.
  • Not place any false or fraudulent orders. If it is reasonably deemed that such an order has been made, we are authorized to cancel it and notify the appropriate authorities.
  • Provide us with your email address, postal address, and/or other contact information truthfully and accurately. You also consent to us using this information to contact you if necessary.
  • Understand that if you do not provide us with all the required information, we will be unable to process your order.

The Company reserves the right to reject an order from any user with whom there is an ongoing dispute or who has had issues with payment in previous purchases.

By placing an order through this website, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.


1. Order

To formalize a sales contract for a product, your order must be expressly accepted by us. If your purchase request is not accepted and any charge has already been made to your account, the amount will be fully refunded. To place an order, you must follow the online purchase procedure, during which you will be asked to accept these purchase terms.

After this, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order ("Order Confirmation").

The contract for the purchase of a product between you and us will only be formalized when we send you the Shipping Confirmation.


2. Product Availability

If, at the time of placing the order, we inadvertently discover that any of the products included in your order are out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to propose alternatives.

Products may vary in minor details from those shown in the photographs, since the materials used are of natural origin and each piece is handmade.


3. Price

All prices for the products offered on this portal are expressed in euros and, when applicable, in U.S. dollars. In accordance with current regulations, every purchase made through dreamfulfilled.eu is subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), which is included in the product’s price; however, shipping costs and any fees arising from the different payment methods are not included.

The Company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is recorded (subject to product availability), except in cases of an obvious typographical error.


4. Payments

Products remain the property of the Company until full payment of the price has been received.

We offer you two payment methods:

  • Secure Payment by Visa or MasterCard (Redsys Virtual POS):

    When you select this payment method, you will be redirected to the bank’s secure environment where you can enter your card details to complete the payment. All information will be fully encrypted, and only your bank will be able to validate the data; we will not have access to it.

    Once the bank verifies the payment, you will be redirected back to dreamfulfilled.eu to continue browsing. At that moment, you will receive two emails: one confirming that we have received the payment and another confirming your order.

  • Payments by Bank Transfer:

    Once your order is placed, we will send you an email with the bank details to which you should make the transfer (you must indicate your order number in the reference) along with the order details. Only payments in euros and, when applicable, in U.S. dollars will be accepted. You have 10 calendar days to complete the payment or transfer; if payment is not confirmed within this period, the order will be canceled.


5. Deliveries

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

During the order process, the Company will ask you to specify the address—be it your home, office, or another location—where you wish the product to be delivered.

Your order will be delivered by certified mail. The domestic delivery period is between 1 and 3 days, while international delivery takes 4 to 8 days for Europe and 8 to 20 days for the rest of the world, starting from the Shipping Confirmation.

A tracking link for your order will be provided.

If delivery cannot be made due to your absence, the national postal service will leave a notice in your mailbox, instructing you to collect the package at the nearest office.

Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or holidays. The order preparation time is 1 business day for non-personalized items and 2 to 3 days for personalized items.

Any additional shipping costs incurred due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

If delivery cannot be completed due to absence and the package is returned because it was not claimed at the office (after receiving a notice to collect it), the amount for the product will be refunded, but not the shipping cost.

Any additional customs fees or charges will be the responsibility of the Buyer.


6. Returns and Cancellations

You have the right to return any item within 15 business days from the date of receipt. The customer will bear the shipping costs, and once we receive the item and verify its condition, a refund for the product will be automatically processed.

If you wish to cancel an order after making the payment and before receiving the Shipping Confirmation, you must send us your cancellation request via email or WhatsApp, and we will refund the full amount of the order.

For personalized items, returns or cancellations are not accepted.

If payment has not been made, you must submit your cancellation request by email to dreamfulfilled.eu, and we will cancel your order at no cost.
